- Being mentioned by users on Reddit doesn't demonstrate notability any more than being mentioned by users on Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, or Gaia Online. And two of the three mentions in the thread you linked are posts by you. Facepalm The actual news pieces do show notability, though.-- Atlantima~✿~ (talk) 00:56, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
- I probably should've checked before posting that one, my apologies. I've removed the reddit threads. Nicereddy (talk) 03:46, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

- You mean the blue background on the logo? Because the background of wikipedia is white... 160.107.87.10 (talk) 17:31, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
- Not the light blue color, no. I mean that I want a clear background on the image. A clear image looks like this (the checkered pattern), while the PCGamingWiki logo has a white background. Nicereddy (talk) 04:47, 4 May 2013 (UTC)
- The fix has been made. The background is now transparent. Newmansan (talk) 13:13, 23 May 2013 (UTC)

Finding the best computer desk for your glorious PC gaming set up is an essential, and oft-overlooked, part of any battlestation. If you spend your gaming time enjoying the smooth frame rates and high-resolution textures only a gaming PC can provide, why nestle it in anything less than the best desk for gaming?
No matter what your needs, we've scoured the internet to find the best computer desk to fit both your living space and your full-sized tower. These are the best computer desks for gaming – at any budget range.
TL;DR – These are the Best Desks for PC gaming:
1. ApexDesk Elite Series
- UK readers: See it on Amazon (UK)
Studies show sitting down for long periods is not good for your health. With the Apex Elite computer desk, that problem is solved since it can be converted to a standing platform just by reaching down and pressing a button. It's 71-inches across so you can even fit your battlestation on top, and/or a massive widescreen display. It holds up to 225 pounds, too, so it can handle all your gear and your massive collection of Nendoroids. Just make sure your cords are all long enough to not become unplugged when it's in standing desk mode.
2. Yaheetech Home Office Computer Desk
On Walmart
- UK readers: See it on Amazon (UK)
Sometimes you just want a basic computer desk for your monitor, keyboard, a pair of speakers, and some random knick knacks. The Yaheetech Home Office Computer Desk fits the bill nicely. At 47.2-inches wide and 23.6-inches deep, it has plenty of room for a big monitor and a full-size keyboard too. Combining a simple wood desktop frame and white metal frame, this table looks clean and simple enough to fit into any home. Better yet, you can find this computer desk for well less than $100 at most retailers.
3. Prado Complete L
On Amazon
Dimensions: 66' x 60' x 30' ● Max Load: 150 pounds ● Height Adjustable: 27' – 47'Not all gaming desks have to be flashy or extravagant, and the Prado Complete L workstation has that in mind with its elegant and simple L-shaped design. This lets you install the extension on either side so you can reach whatever is there easily if you're right-or-left handed, and you can even buy an extra cabinet to throw under the main desk area too. It's the perfect computer desk for a setup with a desktop as the main, and a laptop on the side, or your printer and figurine collection.
4. UPDESK Pro UpWrite
On UPDESK
Dimensions: 60' x 30' x 49.5' ● Max Load: 375 pounds ● Height Adjustable: 23.5' – 49.5'If you're like me and you have humongous gaming desktop and at least four gaming monitors, you're going to need a strong computer desk to support it all. Good news is the UPDESK Pro UpWrite is designed just for this with a commercial-grade frame and dual motors to support up to 375 pounds.
Labeled as a smartdesk you can also control it over Bluetooth using the LINAK Desk Control app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Lastly, the surface of the desk has been laminated with a whiteboard surface so you can write on it using dry or wet erase markers to customize it or jot down quick notes.
5. Atlantic Gaming Desk
On Amazon
Dimensions: 47.6' x 23.5' x 27.4'Forget everything you think you know about desks, because the Atlantic Gaming Desk is here to disrupt the desk landscape with its carbon-fiber texture and efficient use of space.
Here's a hypothetical situation: you're playing a PC game with your very expensive RGB mouse and keyboard, but you're also extremely thirsty. Sound familiar? You don't want to risk ruining everything you own by accidentally spilling a drink, so rather than place a cold beverage on your desktop, you suffer low-grade dehydration. Your K/D ratio? Kiss it goodbye.
With the Atlantic Gaming Desk you'll never have to suffer since it has a place to store a drink, away from the sensitive and expensive electronics you know and love. After you've quenched your thirst you can also store your headset on the side of it as well.
6. Arozzi Arena
On Amazon
- UK readers: See it on Amazon (UK)
The Arozzi Arena computer desk is designed for folks who are rocking multiple monitors, giving you plenty of space to run two or three panels. It's also 31-inches deep, so you'll have room to bring the keyboard to where your fingers are while leaving some room for the monitors too. The Arena computer desk even includes a mouse pad surface, so you'll never run out of space for your mouse either, and it's waterproof.
This sucker is expensive, but it's the type of computer desk you can buy and never have to upgrade ever again. It's even available with different color legs, including lime green, blue, white (shown) and of course, all-black. See it on Walmart with free shipping.
7. Eureka Ergonomic Z1-S
On Amazon
- UK readers: See it on Amazon (UK)
Perhaps one of the most critical paths to true PC-gamer ascension are gobs of stylish LED lights. Keyboards, mice, mouse pads, and even sticks of RAM have flashy, hypnotic LED lighting in them. Having your desk join the dance of the light emitting diodes just makes sense.
Besides glowing a cool blue, the Eureka Ergonomic Z1-S has a hook to hang your headset, controller rack on the desktop, and a crucial cup-holder placed to the right and away from your delicate, and expensive, gaming PC. There's a rack (sold-separately) for your gaming tower, keeping it off the floor without cluttering up your desktop.
What to look for in a PC Gaming Computer Desk
What the 'best' is depends largely on your needs. There's no need to spend a small fortune on a dedicated gaming desk if you just want a place to plop down your gaming laptop that isn't your kitchen table. Thankfully, there are plenty of options. The first step is identifying your needs.
Do you spread yourself wide, gaming mouse and gaming keyboard at arm's length? Do you have a monster monitor with an enormous desktop footprint like the unbelievable Samsung 49-inch CHG90 ultrawide? You need a big desk like the Office Star Prado Complete Workstation. Do you get by with a gaming mouse hooked to your laptop, and maybe a monitor or two, and you don't want to spend a ton of money? The Atlantic Gaming Desk should fit your needs.
If you want the best of the best, and have money to burn, the Arozzi Arena Gaming Desk might be the best gaming desk you can buy. It's designed from the ground-up to meet all you hardcore gaming needs. Not only is it built like a tank, but it has smart cable management, easy height adjustment, and a water-proof all-over mousepad surface.
